My neighbor used them and was thoroughly impressed. When her job was completed, the guys came to me and I had them check my roof. They found 11 broken tiles so I told them to go ahead. Four hours later they had it all repaired...which meant a trip to their "bone"" yard to find tiles that matched. They replaced the tiles, re-nailed all the tiles along the eves because the builder's nails were loose and too short, and they also cut the tiles in the valleys because that had been done wrong. They did an awesome job, did it quickly and left the place spotless. I would highly recommend them!

Finally found a roofing company willing to do something besides sell me a re-roof job. Issue was a valley on my roof where the originial construction, under the shingles was shoddy; no ice dam protection, no copper valley protection, no step flashing let into stone where valley hit side of house ect. We used Innovative this past summer to replace our roof and guttering. They did a fabulous job! They worked so well with our insurance and made it very easy! Metropolitan Construction Services
I had a good experience with MetroRoofing. When I was not able to make my appointment for the estimate, I was told that they could do a preliminary estimate without me home, which saved me some gas. The estimate was off by about $80 for damage hidden by shingles that they couldn't see from outside the home. They got the work done quick and it looks nice. Unless my shingles fly off with the next rain, I am completely satisfied. Also, I spent about two weeks getting estimates, and they had one of the best overall deals. Hope this helps you make a decision if you're considering going with them. Since I know most yelpers like to see something negative in their reviews, they did call me more than I thought was necessary. I would have preferred a text, because they are much easier to ignore. Either way, I'm satisfied.
